HOW IT WORKS

  • Let’s chat on Zoom about all your questions and determine if Trello is the right fit for you. Once we decide to work together, we’ll schedule your first Zoom session, and I’ll send you an invoice to be settled before our meeting.

  • The first Zoom session lasts about 90 minutes, during which we’ll explore your needs and design a customized #System that works for you. I’ll guide you through using Trello, setting up your Boards, and adding your Lists and Cards (Tasks). We can also incorporate any Workspaces you’d like to use.

  • The second Zoom session is ideally scheduled about one to two weeks later. We’ll review your progress, discuss your experience, and explore ways to enhance your setup. Having a #System and software that you enjoy is crucial, or it won’t be sustainable. Trello offers various ways to organize so we can adjust to suit your style.

  • The third Zoom session is best scheduled another week or two later, allowing us to evaluate what’s working and what might need tweaking. It’s great to have the flexibility to shift tasks between projects and areas, making it simple to adapt as needed.
