  • If you’re setting up a new Squarespace account, your plan usually includes a free domain for the first year. This is your website’s address—the link people use to find you online.

    If you don’t have a domain yet, I’ll help you choose one that’s memorable and easy to spell.

    Already have a domain? No problem! You can either transfer it to Squarespace or keep it with your current domain provider. I’ll handle the setup so your existing domain connects seamlessly to your new Squarespace site—whichever option you prefer.

    Your domain is the first impression of your brand, so let’s make sure it’s simple, professional, and easy to remember.

  • Already have a logo? I’ll seamlessly integrate it into your website so it looks cohesive and professional.

    Don’t have one yet? No worries—you don’t need to stress about that right now. We can use stylish text for your business name, or I can create a simple, elegant logo in Canva that complements your site’s design.

    Either way, your website will reflect your unique style and personality, beautifully aligned with your brand.

  • Writing about your business can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll guide you through what to include on each page and help refine your wording so it’s clear, authentic, and connects with your audience.

    We’ll even use ChatGPT together to brainstorm ideas and create inspiring content that truly represents your voice and vision.

    We’ll also work together to select images that align with your brand—whether they’re your own photos or high-quality stock images that reflect your style and message.

    The goal is to create a cohesive look and feel across your entire site—words and visuals that work beautifully together.

  • I’ll add all of your social media links to your website’s footer so they appear on every page—making it easy for visitors to connect with you wherever you are online.

    If you’d like, I can also embed your Instagram feed to display your latest posts, adding a dynamic, visually engaging touch to your site.

  • Want to grow your audience and stay connected with potential clients? I can add a custom email signup form to your website so visitors can easily join your mailing list.

    We’ll chat during our Zoom session about your current email provider to ensure it integrates smoothly with Squarespace—whether you use Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk, or another platform.

    It’s an easy way to start building relationships and keeping your audience engaged right from your website.

  • If you already use an online scheduler, I can easily add a link to your existing booking page in your site’s navigation menu.

    If you prefer to keep everything in one place, Squarespace offers Acuity Scheduling as an optional add-on for an additional fee.

    There are also free scheduling tools available—like Mailchimp and other services—and I’ll help you choose the best option based on your needs and budget.

  • If you’d like business cards that match your new website, I can design them for you in Canva. You can use a free Canva account to make updates anytime you need—no design experience required.

    Canva also offers a built-in QR code feature, perfect for linking directly to your website or scheduling page.

    Business card design is available at my hourly rate of $75.

Initial Zoom Call

Schedule a free Zoom chat to talk about your goals, ideas, and vision for your website. We’ll make sure we’re a great fit and that you feel confident moving forward—I want you to love your new site from the start.

During this call, we’ll also discuss your timeline and estimated project completion date, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the process.

Payment 1 of 2

When you’re ready to begin, I’ll send an invoice for 50% ($998.50) to reserve your spot and get started.

Once payment is received, we’ll schedule your Brainstorming Session and move into the creative planning stage.

Brainstorming Session

We’ll meet for a fun, 60–90 minute creative session to explore your content, images, colors, and overall vibe. Before the call, I’ll send you a simple checklist so you can gather ideas and inspiration. This session helps me capture your brand’s personality and ensure your site feels like you..

Website Creation

I’ll start building your Squarespace site—carefully customizing every detail to align with your brand and goals.

We’ll likely schedule another 60-minute Zoom check-in during this phase to review progress, make content updates, and ensure we’re on track with your vision and timeline.

Throughout the process, we’ll stay connected by email and short Loom video updates, so you can easily see your site’s progress and feel confident every step of the way.

Revisions

Once the initial design is ready, you’ll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune everything until it’s exactly what you envisioned.

We’ll go over your feedback together—either by email, Loom video, or a Zoom call—so your ideas are clearly understood and implemented smoothly.

This stage ensures your website feels aligned with your vision, functions beautifully, and looks polished across every page and device.


Payment 2 of 2

When you’re thrilled with your new site, I’ll send the final 50% invoice ($998.50), due before launch.

Once payment is received, I’ll complete final checks, make sure everything looks perfect on desktop and mobile, and prepare your website for launch.

The Launch

Launch day is the fun part! 🎉

We’ll take your new website live and make sure all your social media links, memberships, and marketing materials are updated with your new URL.

I’ll also provide a few helpful Loom tutorials so you can easily make small updates on your own.

When we’re done, you’ll have a beautiful, functional website that truly represents your business—and the confidence to share it proudly.

  • Most websites are finished within 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly content and images are ready. During our initial Zoom call, we’ll discuss your ideal timeline and set a realistic completion date that works for both of us.

  • No worries if you don’t! I’ll guide you through everything you need. We’ll use ChatGPT together to brainstorm content ideas, and I’ll help you source or select images that fit your brand.

  • That’s totally fine! We can discuss additional pages or custom features based on your goals. I’ll always provide a clear quote before adding anything extra, so there are no surprises.

  • Absolutely. Whether you already have a domain or are starting from scratch, I’ll help you get everything connected smoothly. We can also discuss professional email options so your setup feels cohesive and polished. You can even get business email through Squarespace.

  • You’ll receive helpful Loom tutorials showing you how to make small updates on your own. If you ever need help with changes or new pages, I offer hourly support at $75/hr. I’m just an email away whenever you need me.

  • Yes! The total is split into two equal payments—50% to begin and 50% before launch. If you’d like to discuss a custom payment plan, we can go over options during our Zoom chat.
